Product Development Director

Jetë is the Product Development Director at PECB, where she oversees the development of all products related to PECB's ePlatforms, including eLearning and PECB Skills. She has played a vital role in the development and launch of the aforementioned products.

She started at PECB as Quality Assurance Specialist and gradually rose through the ranks, first as Quality Assurance Supervisor, then as eLearning and Quality Assurance Associate Director, and finally as Product Development Director.

With a knack for innovation and the ability to adapt and make the most out of any situation, it is no wonder her vision has been the driving force of her departments for quite some time. She strikes for the perfect balance of professionalism and comradeship at work, motivating her teammates to do their best while approaching them with empathy.

Jetë has been known to give her all in her personal life as well as her professional one. She is dedicated to helping others in whichever way she can, and, has an especially soft spot for animals. Her loving family and lovely dog, Ollie, are the main beneficiaries in that regard.

As for her education, Jetë graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) summa cum laude with a degree in Economics and Management and holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Sheffield, which she earned with distinction in 2017. Her certifications include: ISO 9001 Lead Implementer, ISO/IEC 27001 Provisional Auditor, ISO/IEC 27701 Provisional Implementer, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
