Associate Team Leader – eLearning

Bledar leads a team of eLearning officers and video editors responsible for converting conventional PECB training courses into an eLearning format. 

Having started at PECB as a quality assurance manager, his experience with the content and format of training courses helps him in the management of the entire conversion process, which includes managing both the trainers and content of PECB eLearning training courses.

Bledar and his team are also responsible for managing the recording process of online lectures, as well as all forms of post-production, mainly including video editing and animating content.

Bledar has graduated from the University of Prishtina and is pursuing a post-graduate degree in the same university.
